Moving To a New State

As a woman delivered from a state of depression that frequently plagued me with wrong thoughts, I can truly say from the heart,

You don’t have to exist in that state but have a choice to move out of the state of depression, and into a new state.

Just as if you were going to physically move from one location to the next,

You can make the decision to move.

You will begin by seek God in his word in the place of seeking places in a paper.

You will begin to write down those scripture that really speak to you, just as if you saw a place that sound appealing and made note of it.

Next you begin to seek more information about that scriptures through diligent study of the word, meditation on the word and dialogue with God, which is your speaking, asking questions and listening for his answers. Just as you would inquiring about a place you are interested in possibly, physically moving to.

Share your heart with God, tell him what you need and trust him to provide it.

Philippians 4:19 “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

This is what we do with a realtor. We tell them what we are looking for and will at times share things about where we are currently and why our current place does not work for us, then we trust the realtor to take that information and come up with a new place that does work for us.

Moving from the state of depression is a place in life, a neighborhood in which no one wants to live and should not have to.

We can choose to move, and allow God to be our spiritual realtor. Trusting that he will relocate us to another state, not a place to simply exist in but to live in.

Our God is a giver of life, not mere existence, and the life he gives is a life of abundance for eternity, which is a very long time without end, too long to simply exist.

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life.”

In this new state he has planned for you, there is abundance in love, joy, peace, and so much more.

Doesn’t this sound like a great state in which to live?

Pack-up and relocate, throw away the unnecessary clutter from your past. Don’t bring the clutter and garbage of your past to your new place.

I suggest you declutter, rid yourself of somethings that you don’t need, that are not good to or for you.

God has a fresh start awaiting you.

Are you ready to move into your new state?

2 Corinthians 5:17 ”Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation, old things have passed away, behold all things have become new.”

Your new state of living is in Christ.

Welcome to your new state of being in him and rest.
